- All sections of the application are complete.
- All information shall be treated in confidence.
- Membership commitment is annual via monthly payments. A Member's annual commitment will auto-renew every 12 months unless cancelled.
- Both Club Dues and Initiation Fees are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.
- Age Policy
- FORTH Club applicants must be 21 and older.
- The Club, including the Club Dining Room, Bar, Lounge, and Terrace is only accessible to Members and their guests ages 21 and older unless otherwise noted for special events.
- The Wellness Center is open to Members and guests ages 16 and older.
- Members and their guests of all ages are welcome at the Pool.
- Guest Policy: FORTH Club Members are allowed
- Three guests in the Club Dining Room, Bar, Lounge, and Terrace during each visit
- 12 guests annually to the Wellness Center
- One guest at the Pool during each visit
- All Members' guests must be accompanied by the Member at all times.
- Club Management reserves the right to hold 'Members Only' events.
